MONTHLY WORKING BEE
Monthly working bees are now being held on the 1st Saturday of the month at 9.30am to do some general cleaning in the church eg dusting, cleaning glass doors, cobwebs, sweeping steps, etc. This is instead of a roster. If you are able to spend some time helping with cleaning duties please put your name on the clipboard provided in the gathering space. The next working bee will be on 1st June.
SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION
An information evening is being held on Thursday 16 May at 6.30pm in St Augustine's church for the parents and children preparing to do their Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Eucharist. Please ring the Office on 5821 026 or email kyabram@sandhurst.catholic.org.au if you have not registered through the school.
TAP AND GO
We have installed our new Tap and go donation tap point. The machine is easy to use, tap on the amount you wish to donate and then tap your card. This is a donation machine only and can’t be used for planned giving. Please contact the office if you would like any more information or assistance in using the machine.
PROJECT COMPASSION
If you still have your Project Compassion box or set of envelopes at home, please bring them back asap or visit caritas.org.au/project-compassion and donate online. Caritas Australia would like to thank you for supporting Project Compassion 2024.
DEFIBRILLATOR
Did you know St Augustine’s has a defibrillator. It is located on the corner of the south western end of the Church side door entry facing the asphalt to the church and can be accessed in the event of an emergency when CPR is potentially required. We thank the school for their support of the parish and community. The code for use is C3620.
FR UDAY ORDINATION ANNIVERSARY
A Mass to celebrate Fr Uday’s ordination anniversary will be held on Tuesday 14 May at 6.00pm followed by a supper in the gathering space. Please bring a plate to share.
LADIES CUPPA AND CHAT
