Grade 5/6 Camp

URBAN CAMP

Year 5/6 Camp Report

Last week, the Year 5/6 students had an amazing time on our school camp in Melbourne! We had three exciting days filled with fun activities, laughter, challenges and lots of memories.

Our camp started with an early morning departure from school. Everyone was excited to jump on the bus and begin our adventure. Once we arrived in Melbourne, we headed off to explore some of the amazing attractions the city had to offer.

One of the highlights was visiting ArtVo, where we got to explore incredible 3D artwork and take some hilarious photos. It was so much fun pretending to be part of the artwork and seeing everyone's creative poses!

We also enjoyed a visit to the zoo, where we got to see some amazing animals. Spending the evening at the zoo was a special experience and something many of us will remember for a long time.

There were plenty of other exciting activities throughout camp, including ice skating, exploring the city and spending time with our friends. Some of us discovered hidden talents on the ice, while others had a few funny falls along the way!

Of course, camp wasn't just about the activities. It was also about spending time together, making new friendships, supporting each other and becoming more independent. From sharing meals and playing together to enjoying our time at the accommodation, there was never a dull moment.

Our Year 5/6 camp was an unforgettable experience, and we are so grateful to our teachers for organising such an incredible adventure. We returned to school with tired legs, lots of stories to tell and memories that will last a lifetime!

What an amazing few days for 5/6!
