Victorian President's Report

This term, like all others, has brought with it a range of challenges and pressures, and I know many of you have been working tirelessly under increasingly complex circumstances. The strength, professionalism, and care you bring to your roles each day do not go unnoticed, and the team at the APF commends you on your work and dedicated commitment.

The APF exists to represent, support, and advocate solely for principal class employees. We are proud to be an independent voice dedicated to championing the rights, wellbeing, and professional recognition of school leaders across Victoria. Our membership has continued to grow significantly this term, a reflection of the trust placed in our unwavering advocacy and the uncompromised support we provide to those leading in our schools.

As the term break approaches, I encourage you to take the time to rest, recharge, and reconnect with the things that matter most. Whether that’s enjoying time with family and friends, getting away, or simply having the space to unwind – you’ve earned it.
