Parents and Friends Welcome
Welcome to a new school year from the Parents & Friends Group. Whether you’re new to our school or returning, we’re delighted to have you and your children as part of our community. The P&F organises and runs events for our students as well as supports school events, we’d love for you to be involved in any way you can.
At the meeting we will be appointing the executive team for the year, running though the calendar of events for 2026 and assigning coordinators and appointing class representatives for each class. Please respond to the NForma form that was sent out last week about joining class WhatsApp groups.
We look forward to a great year ahead!
2026 Meeting
You are all warmly invited to our first P&F meeting, to be held on Wednesday 18 February at 6pm in the school staffroom. We encourage anyone with new ideas or suggestions to attend, as many events will be finalised at this meeting. If you’d like to have a say, we’d love to see you there.
Uniforms
Thank you to everyone for sending in donations of second-hand uniform.
A reminder that only St Mary’s uniform items should be donated, please no undergarments such as tights, singlets etc.
We would also appreciate it if the donated items are washed and without large holes or marks.
Due to the school sports polo being available at Academy Uniforms, we will stop offering the old-style coloured house polos.

St Mary’s Pancake Parlour
On Tuesday 17 February the children will be helping prepare pancakes to share together as a class. The P & F is providing these for all the children. Please ensure any dietary allergens have been updated in Nforma and these will be catered for.
We are in need of helpers, please email us with your name, number and time you can help out.
- 11.15 - 11.40am set up in the hall
- 11.40am - 1.30pm assisting children in each class group to cook pancakes
- 1.30 - 1.45pm clean up
