A friendly reminder to all families about the payment of school fees.
School fees are invoiced to parents at the start of the year. All families should have received their invoice and statement along with a letter from our business manager, Daniel Pascale, in early January.
Payment of fees is due on Friday, February 27.
Those who choose to pay the full fees as well as any other amount outstanding on their account by the due date (Feb 27) are eligible for a 5% discount on their total 2026 fees after any sibling discounts are deducted. This discount reflects our appreciation for your prompt payment.
If you do wish to pay on or before Feb 27 and receive the up-front discount, please contact the school so we can reissue your invoice with the reduced amount payable.
Those who prefer to pay their fees in instalments should pay using our direct debit facility.
Our payment options are as follows:
Weekly – 40 payments commencing on Friday, 27 February 2026 with the final payment scheduled Friday, 27 November 2026.
Fortnightly – 20 payments commencing on Friday, 27 February 2026 with the final payment scheduled Friday, 20 November 2026.
Monthly – 10 payments scheduled on the last Friday of the month commencing on Friday, 27 February 2026 with the final payment scheduled Friday, 27 November 2026.
Quarterly – 4 payments scheduled three months apart commencing on Friday, 27 February 2026. Second payment on Friday, 29 May 2026, third payment on Friday, 28 August 2026 and the final payment on Friday, 27 November 2026.
If you intend to pay in instalments, please complete the Direct Debit Request form (available for download below)and return to accounts@milduracc.vic.edu.au or to our office staff as soon as possible.
Note that any dishonour fees we incur from the bank due to a failed payment will be passed on to the applicable family account.
In a small number of cases, families have long-standing legacy arrangements for the faithful payment of fees via other means. These will have been arranged with the business manager in the past, before our direct debit arrangements were in place. These arrangements can continue at the discretion of the business manager and principal.
