Principal's Post

Dear Families,

I hope you all enjoyed the long weekend and had some relaxing and quality time with your families. I think all the students benefited from a morning free of the school rush on Monday morning and parents may have benefited from no lunches to make!

Our Grandparents Morning last Friday was a wonderful event with approximately 300 grandparents or special caring adults attending. The prayer service and reflection was very reverent, the classroom visits were great fun and the morning tea was almost perfectly catered for.

There was such a great positive energy and feeling of gratitude on the day. Many grandparents expressed their gratitude for us hosting the event and many students expressed their gratitude of having grandparents involved in their lives.

Fortunately, the weather stayed fine enabling all to move about the schoolyard without getting wet.  See below snaps of some of our wonderful grandparents who visited on the  morning.
