Paisley Campus News

Mock Job Interviews
On Monday, 1st September, students participated in our Mock Job Interviews, gaining real-world experience in a professional setting. Students had the chance to practice interview skills, build confidence, and receive helpful feedback.
We were fortunate to have members of Rotary join us—retired professionals who generously donated their time to conduct the interviews and share their expertise. Their involvement made the experience even more meaningful. We were proud of how well students prepared and presented themselves.
A special thank you to our students, staff, volunteers, and reserve participants for making the day a success. It was a great step toward preparing for life beyond school.

Making the invisible visible
Throughout the term, a select group of Paisley students have been collaborating with Hobsons Bay Youth Service to raise awareness of hidden disabilities. Students have developed their own understanding and shared their experiences at the Paisley Campus.
On Monday, September 8th, Paisley students facilitated an immersive experience for both staff and students to highlight theirs and others experiences of those who have a disability that may not be visible to others.
Grade 4/5 students were invited to visit the Paisley campus for one period, during which they actively participated in activities led by our senior students.
