Prayer for the Catholic School Community Reflecting on the Stations of the Cross
Loving Father,
As we journey through the Stations of the Cross, we pause to remember the path Your Son walked out of love for us. Help us to see His sacrifice not just as a story from the past, but as a call to live with compassion, courage, and faith today.
Lord Jesus,In Your moments of suffering, You showed strength and humility. When You fell beneath the weight of the cross, You rose again — may we, too, find resilience when we stumble.
When You met Your mother on the road, her quiet strength reminds us to seek comfort in our families and to offer support to those in pain.
When Simon of Cyrene carried Your cross, we are reminded that we are never alone in our burdens. Help us to be people who lend a helping hand to those in need.
When Veronica wiped Your face, she showed kindness in the face of suffering. May we always find ways to offer comfort, no matter how small the gesture.
As You reached Calvary and gave Your life for us, we pray that we may embrace the selflessness and love that defined Your final moments.
Lord, as we reflect on Your journey, inspire our school community to be people of hope, compassion, and service. May our words and actions reflect the love You poured out for us.
We ask this through Christ our Lord,
Amen.
