- Student Medical Emergencies and Ambulance Cover
Parents and carers are reminded that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred if their child is injured, becomes unwell, or requires medical treatment while at school or participating in a school activity. This includes any ambulance costs that may be incurred.
In the event of a serious accident, injury, or sudden illness, school staff will act in the best interests of the student and may call an ambulance immediately if required. Depending on the circumstances, parents/carers may not be contacted until after an ambulance has been called.
We encourage all families to ensure their ambulance membership and private medical insurance details are current and up to date. Having appropriate ambulance cover can help avoid unexpected costs should emergency medical treatment be required.
The safety and wellbeing of our students remains our highest priority, and we appreciate your support in helping us respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Year 7 Big Day Out – Important Information for Families
Our Year 7 Big Day Out is coming up, and we’re excited for a fun-filled day of activities designed to help students build friendships, connect with their teachers, and enjoy a memorable experience together.

Biyala Neighourhood: Wednesday 4, March
Dharnya Neighourhood: Thursday 5, March
Bayuna Neighourhood: Friday 6, March
What to Bring & Wear
Students should come prepared for a full day of outdoor and water-based activities:
- Full school uniform must be worn, with bathers underneath or packed in their bag
- A change of clothes and a towel
- Old runners suitable for water activities
- Hat, sunscreen, and drink bottle
- Packed lunch and plenty of snacks
- No mobile phones
Payment Information
- Cost: $50 per student
- CSEF funds will be automatically applied by Finance in Compass where applicable.
