Eltham Library Community Gallery

1 Panther Place, Eltham

Please visit (30 May - 29 June) to celebrate our students' artistic achievements.

Life Drawing

Senior Arts students and staff have been engaging with an exciting Life Drawing opportunity at the Nyora Studio Gallery with Emmy Mavroidis. Working with professional models, students are challenged to develop their skills in observation.

Emmy has been tutoring various techniques and skills of Life Drawing. Students can use the knowledge they gain from this program to inform their folio work in school and their personal artistic practice.

Eltham Paediatrics

A fantastic opportunity has been presented by Eltham Paediatrics to display EHS student artwork in their clinic! If you have ever dreamed of showing your artwork in public, this is the opportunity for you!

Details - https://www.elthampaediatrics.com.au/

  • The space is 220cm wide x 150cm high.

  • 3-4 month (one term) rotation.

  • As this is a paediatric clinic, artwork has to be appropriate for the patient base.

  • Ideally, this is for existing artwork, however you could create artwork for future displays.

This is an exciting possibility for young artists who are interested in exhibiting their artwork in a public place.

If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, contact Emma by Wednesday 11 June at Emma.shelton@education.voc.gov.au
