Cross Country Run

On Friday, May 2, Mildura Christian College held its annual Cross Country, with students from Prep to Year 10 taking part in a wonderful day of fitness, fun, and community spirit. This year marked a return to Apex Park, a location used in years past and warmly welcomed back — especially with the help of perfect sunny weather.

A large crowd of parents and friends offered cheers and encouragement as students pushed themselves to the finish line. Mr. Stewart brought his trademark energy and humour to the microphone, welcoming each runner as they came into view.

After the race, students were treated to a well-earned sausage — expertly cooked by Mr. Tresize and kindly served by Mrs. Nadimpalli — a welcome reward after their efforts on the track.

Our students showed excellent behaviour and sportsmanship throughout the day, and several runners have now qualified for the Division Cross Country. We’re proud of all who participated and gave their best.
