Your interests and values

You may want to explore career options that align with your current interests and skills. Even if you don't know 'what you want to do when you finish school', a work placement is still a valuable experience. 

You will undertake further activities in Pastoral Care in Term 1 to support you in exploring your interests further. This will include unpacking your results from the Morrisby Profile. 

Until you receive these results, we encourage you to discuss what general career areas interest you with your family and friends. 

You are also invited to visit the Careers Centre to talk with one of the Career Practitioners.

Think back to year 9 - did you attend some of the recess/lunchtime meetings run by Mr Rosel at Canowindra which focussed on different Industry areas? What ideas were generated at that time?
