School Disco
It's Disco time!
Our school Disco will be held this Friday, and will be the social event of the year for our children.
THIS WILL BE A MOBILE PHONE-FREE EVENT.
Mobile phones will not be permitted to be taken into the hall.
Our PFA will be assigned various supervision tasks throughout the evening, so we ask parents to drop their children off at 6:30 p.m. and return to collect them at 8:00 p.m. sharp
The cost is $10.00 per child ($15 per family), payable at the door on the night. Once inside, children will not be permitted to leave the hall until they are collected by their parents at the conclusion.
Our always-popular Candy Corner will operate, where children can purchase goodies such as drinks, snacks, and glow sticks!
Please note that, due to the limited space while our building works are underway, we won’t be able to offer a separate quiet zone this year. We understand that the disco can be a busy, noisy environment, so if your child may find it overwhelming, we encourage them to wear their noise-cancelling headphones to help them feel more comfortable and enjoy the evening. Alternatively you might like to consider an earlier pick-up time.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we make the best of our space during this exciting time of change. We can’t wait to see everyone dancing, laughing, and having fun!
Multicultural Day
Don't forget that next Wednesday, October 22nd, is our Multicultural Day.
This is an exciting day when we, as a school community, will celebrate Australia as a multicultural nation.
Last week our Multicultural Lunch Order form was sent to families. If your child wishes to partake, the order MUST be returned by 9:00 am tomorrow morning. NO LATE ORDERS CAN BE ACCEPTED.
At 3pm there will be a "Magical Musical" Parade on the basketball court, which you are welcome to attend.
Summer Uniform
By next week, all children should be wearing their summer uniform.
If you need uniform requirements, I suggest you order now. Our Summer Collection is on display in the office and ready for purchase .
