It has been so wonderful to see all the students and staff this past week, after being away for a while. It's great to be back and just in time for Book Week. We are celebrating it a little differently this year with our big celebration being Kingswood's 50th Anniversary, coming up in September.

There is currently a Book Week competition to guess which Shortlisted Picture Book will be the winner. Every student will have the opportunity to enter a guess in their classroom, with the winners being announced at assembly on the 31st of August.  There will be some more details to follow, along with some other activities for Book Week.

There will be quite a few new books hitting the library shelves over the next couple of weeks. Some have already been made available. If your children, or yourselves have any suggestions or requests for certain books, please let me know.
