New Staff

Please help us welcome the following new staff to our community.
Ms Emily Becker
Emily is thrilled and deeply grateful to return to Endeavour, where she will be assisting with events and administrative support.
As the 2025 College Captain, she developed strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills and is excited to continue contributing to the Endeavour community in a new capacity.
Emily is excited to reconnect with familiar faces while supporting the smooth planning and delivery of events. She is particularly excited to work behind the scenes and make coffees; bringing organisation, enthusiasm, and a positive, proactive approach to everything she does.
Mrs Genene Garth
Genene joins Endeavour College as an English teacher, bringing eighteen years of experience, including thirteen years within the Lutheran education system. She enjoys supporting students as they develop their skills and achieve both academic and personal goals.
Outside of school, Genene loves reading, writing, watching films, walking with her husband and Great Dane, Harper, and planning trips to visit family in the UK. Visiting bookshops to find new novels is almost equal to her love of chatting about books, authors, and consuming chocolate.
She is excited to begin her next chapter at Endeavour College and looks forward to building positive connections within the school community.
Mrs Beth Madigan
Beth Madigan is excited to join the Endeavour Staff as Library Technician, supporting the daily operation of the Discovery Centre.
She joins us from our connected school St Paul Lutheran where she worked for 8 years as a Classroom and Library Learning Support Officer. Beth is enjoying catching up with students she remembers from their primary school years.
Beth has a background in Educational Publishing, but it was during her time at St Paul that she rediscovered her passion for libraries. She is keen to share the wide benefits of reading with the Endeavour Community.
Outside of libraries and reading, her passions are music and singing, her husband and their two children, and her pet whippet Bravo.
Ms Tamika Morrison
Tamika joins the Endeavour community from Concordia Lutheran College, where she worked across multiple departments.
Prior to her varied roles in education, Tamika spent sixteen years as a travel, family, and wedding photographer, a career that took her to many corners of the world with the Galápagos Islands a particular highlight. Tamika brings a broad skill set, creativity, and valuable experience to her role at Endeavour.
Mr Nigel Scoggins
Nigel joins Endeavour College as our Head of Teaching and Learning. He has worked in similar roles in two schools previously and has thirty years' experience as an English teacher. Nigel is married with a grown-up daughter, Amy, and an energetic dog, Teddy.
Outside of work, Nigel enjoys singing in choirs, attending concerts, reading, and keeping fit.
He is excited to join the College community and to support both students and staff in their learning and growth.
Mr Zac Semmler
Zac joins the Endeavour community in the Property and Maintenance role for a six-month period. A Barossa local born and bred, Zac is a fourth-generation vigneron with strong
hands-on experience and a deep connection to the land. He is looking forward to applying his skills and continuing to develop them in a new environment at Endeavour.
Mrs Rachel Tennosaar
Rachel is excited to join the Endeavour Community as a Pastoral Administrator/Wellbeing Receptionist.
You will find her in The Well Monday to Friday, where she will welcome and support students and staff, as well as administerial support to Louisa, Head of Middle School and Henry, our College Councilor. Rachel is passionate about supporting student wellbeing and walking alongside students with care and encouragement throughout their educational journey.
Mrs Kirsty Wong

Kirsty relocated to Adelaide from the UK in August last year with her husband and two teenage children and joins us from Prince Alfred College where she taught Biology and Science.
Kirsty will be teaching Middle Years Science and senior years Biology and is looking forward to becoming an active part of the school community. Outside of teaching, Kirsty has a strong love of animals and enjoys spending spare time walking and spotting wildlife.
