Careers & Retreat

Our Year 10 students had a valuable opportunity to attend the Careers Expo on Thursday, which proved to be both highly informative and engaging. This experience, combined with their ongoing Short Course Careers lessons with Mrs Earl, is significantly strengthening their understanding of Senior Pathways.

These experiences are designed to support meaningful conversations at home regarding future goals, subject selections, and potential career directions. This preparation will be particularly beneficial as students approach their SET Planning Interviews in Term 3, Week 3.

Year 10 Retreat – Term 3, Week 2 (Genazzano)

Information and the parent consent form for the Year 10 Retreat have now been sent to families. To ensure the smooth organisation of catering, accommodation, and student needs, we require all responses to be completed by the end of this week. It is especially important that all medical conditions and dietary requirements are clearly communicated.

Please note that the Retreat is a compulsory component of the Year 10 program. Should you have any concerns or questions, we encourage you to contact us.

Retreat Groups:

Group 1: 10CA2, 10HE2, 10HU2, 10MU2
Monday 20 July – Wednesday 22 July
Group 2: 10CA1, 10HE1, 10HU1, 10MU1
Wednesday 22 July – Friday 24 July

Students have also been asked to submit their rooming preferences by the end of the week to assist with planning.

My School Connect

My School Connect has been rolled out as an ordering and payment system for the Tuckshop, Uniform Shop, Library items (including new laptop skins, power cords, and library books), extracurricular sports tours, instrumental music fees, and more.

If you have not yet activated your My School Connect account, please do so using the activation link that was re-sent to your nominated email address in May 2026.

If you require a new activation code, please contact support@myschoolconnect.com.au and they will be able to reissue the activation link if required.
