Dream & Lead Conference

On Wednesday 18th March, we went to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre for the Primary Dream and Lead Conference run by Youth Leadership Academy Australia, also known as Y.L.A.A.  We learnt about what kind of leadership there is, and what qualities make a great leader. 

It was very interesting and we learnt many things about leadership, including that no matter your age, you can always be a leader. We also learnt that everyone's voices are important. 

We hope to use the skills and strategies that we took away from the conference to improve Ormond Primary School.
