Father’s Day Events
Last week, we celebrated two special events for Father’s Day:
- Father’s Day Stall: On Monday, 26th August, our Father’s Day stall was a great success, with students eagerly purchasing gifts for their dads, granddads, and special carers. Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make the day special.
- Father’s Day Breakfast: On Friday, 30th August, we hosted a wonderful Father’s Day Breakfast. It was fantastic to see so many dads and carers join us for the delicious Donuts and Juice. The dads and special people spent quality time with their children at the start of the school day. A big thank you to all who attended!
Year 5/6 Sports
Today, our Year 5/6 students are competing in a range of sports, including basketball, volleyball, lawn bowls, and tennis. It’s always fantastic to see their teamwork and effort on display. We wish all the teams the best of luck and hope everyone has a great day of competition.
Footy Colours Day – Thursday, 19th September
Our annual Footy Colours Casual Clothes Day is coming up on Thursday, 19th September. Students are encouraged to come dressed in their favourite sports team colours, whether it’s footy, soccer, or any other sport. A gold coin donation is requested, with funds raised going towards school Building Fund. Let’s show our team spirit and make this day a fun one!
Thank You for Your Feedback
A big thank you to all the families and carers who provided feedback on the Updated Communication and Communication Policy. We truly appreciate your input, and we will continue striving to improve how we connect and communicate with our school community.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to another great week at Kismet Park!
