Year 1's Aged Care Visit
Term 4 Week 8, 2024
Last week, Year 1 had the opportunity to visit The Forrest Centre Aged Care Facility. The purpose of this visit was to promote the College's value of hope and bring this value to our wider community. Children spread Christmas cheer by performing dances and singing carols for the residents. Following this, the children gave out handwritten cards and talked to the residents.
A few highlights from the trip are:
"I’m so glad we got to see all of those people smile." – Freja
