Industrial Action
We have been informed that the Australian Education Union have voted in support for the
revised Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) on Monday, 10th August. This means that there is now an -in principle’ agreement.
As a result, all industrial actions, including the proposed strike day on Wednesday 19th August will not proceed.
2026 Parent/Caregiver/Guardian Opinion Survey
Each year the school conducts an opinion survey with the school community. All families are invited to participate in the survey.
Results will be used to inform and direct our future school planning and improvement. I ask you to please take the time to complete the survey as your opinions are important to us and will contribute to the future management and organisation of our school.
The survey will be conducted online and should take 20 minutes to complete.
The survey can be completed on any internet enabled device (iPad, Desktop or Laptop, Smartphone) and is compatible with most browsers.
The survey will be open from Monday August 17 to Friday September 18.
The survey is available in English and 10 other languages including Arabic, Vietnamese,
Simplified Chinese, Chin (Hakha), Hindi, Japanese, Greek, Turkish, Somali and Punjabi. Please follow the instructions below to complete the survey.

Ticket Sales for the School Production "Little Mermaid Jnr" are now on sale
Tickets for the school production of 'Little Mermaid Jnr' are now on sale.
Tickets prices range from $15 - $40 and can be purchased via the following link (if the link doesn't redirect in 5 seconds, copy into your browser).
We encourage parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins and friends to attend. We have plenty of seating available so please invite as many people as possible. It would be wonderful if we had a full theatre for our students to perform to.

School Disco
Last Thursday we held our annual school disco. It was fantastic to see so many of our
students enjoying themselves on the dance floor. We’d like to say thank you to all the staff and parents who volunteered to help on the night. These events could not happen without you all.
Congratulations
Congratulations to Shuling in Year 6 who has recently been performing at the Monash Youth Music Festival.
Shuling claimed first prized in the 12 Years and Under Woodwind Section and was invited to compete the next week in the 16 Years and Under Woodwind Section where she also claimed first prize. This is a very impressive achievement for Shuling and is a great reward for all the practice she has put in over the years. Well done, Shuling.
Congratulations are also in order for Bella in Year 3 who recently competed in the Victoria State Championships for Fencing. Bella did incredibly well in the competition, coming 3rd in the under 9s category. Well done, Bella.
