Karingal Place Neighbourhood Centre Events

Dear Local Schools
My name is Natalie and I am a centre coordinator at Karingal PLACE Neighbourhood Centre. Karingal PLACE Neighbourhood Centre is owned and managed by Frankston City Council. It is a purpose-built, multi‑service community hub established in 2009. The Centre offers a range of programs and services designed to meet the needs of local residents, with the aim of:
- Improving community health and wellbeing
- Strengthening community participation and capacity
The Centre is currently undertaking community enegagement to gather feedback from the community to help develop a four‑year Centre plan to guide future decisions about the programs, services, partnerships and events. As part of this engagement we are hosting an Open Day on Saturday 21 Febaury from 10am – 2pm to provide community with an opportunity to view around the Centre, experience some of what we have to offer and to give their feedback and suggestons. The open day will have lots of family friendly activties including the youth bus, free sausage sizzle, face painting and more.
We would be grateful if you could include the Centre Open day flyer (attached in your newsletters and pass it on to any of your families or networks.
If you would like more information please give us a call on 8786 6650.
Kind regards
Natalie
