Donation Drive Stocktake Update
A huge thank you to everyone who has donated so far. Your generosity is making a real difference, and our collection is growing every day!
After completing a stocktake, we've identified a few areas where we could use some extra support:
- Chocolate blocks
- Jars of all sizes, cleaned and ready to fill
- Paper towels
- Disposable Teaspoons
- Toilet paper
- Garbage bags
- New or near-new plush toys and novelty toys (for prizes) that you no longer need
If you're able to contribute any of our urgently needed items, we'd be incredibly grateful. Every donation, big or small, helps us support those who need it most.
Community Fair Volunteers Needed!
Lend a Hand at the Fair!
Our Community Fair is a team effort, and we’d love parents, staff and community members to get involved!
Just two hours of your time can make a big difference. There are plenty of ways to help, including stalls, tickets, activities, set-up and behind-the-scenes jobs.
We need more than 50 volunteers for every shift, so each person who signs up helps bring this wonderful day to life. You’ll still have plenty of time to explore the Fair with family and friends.
All volunteers must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Please have your WWCC number ready when registering.

Get Fair-Day Ready: Rides and Tokens
Make the most of the fun with an Early Bird Unlimited Ride Wristband for $35!
Discounted family bundles are also available when purchasing two or more wristbands.
Wristbands include unlimited rides and entry to the Inflatable Disco from 10am–3pm, for children aged approximately 3–12 years and up to 155cm tall.
Early bird sales close at 6pm on 7 November. Wristbands will then cost $40 at the Fair, with single ride tickets also available for $8 each.

Many stalls will use $1 Community Fair Tokens. You can purchase these online before the Fair or at the ticket booths on the day using cash or EFTPOS.
Pre-purchased wristbands, tokens and add-ons can be collected from your school office during school hours on 11 and 12 November only. Any orders not collected will be available at the Geelong Road main entrance ticket booth on Fair Day.

Our Mega Raffle tickets have been sent home to all families, and there’s a fantastic range of prizes up for grabs, including:

- Family experiences
- And much more!
Tickets are just $2 each, and extras are available from the school office.

Bring Your Drink Bottles
Our Community Fair will be kept hydrated and refreshed thanks to the lovely folk at @wallop_water Providing FREE, chilled filtered water eliminating the use of plastic bottles.
So make sure you bring your refillable drink bottles !
