School Savings Bonus (SSB)

Changes to processing the SSB

For families who have remaining School Saving Bonus (SSB) please note there have been upgrades over the holidays and the SSB is now showing as a normal family credit.

To use it for an event, please follow the normal steps to complete payment and at Step 4 Confirm and Pay, look under the blue Pay in full now button for the Pay using CSEF/Credit button - click that.  (Don't forget consent at Step 3.)

It will not show a balance.

When your SSB has been used, we will let you know of any balance remaining to be paid.
