Wellbeing At McAuley

SWAP It
Live Life Well @ School Program
This week our fantastic Groundsman Mr Gorham has laid some new stencils on the playground.
Do it for Dolly
On Friday 8th May, our school proudly supported Do It For Dolly Day — a national initiative that raises awareness and funds to help prevent bullying, particularly cyberbullying. Students wore blue accessories with their usual Friday school uniform to show their support for kindness, inclusion, and standing up against bullying.
As part of our ongoing wellbeing focus, students will continue to engage in age-appropriate learning throughout the term centred on:
• Kindness – building empathy, inclusion, and positive peer interactions
• Bullying – recognising, responding to, and preventing bullying behaviours
• Digital Safety – navigating online spaces safely and respectfully
• Self-Worth – strengthening resilience, confidence, and positive self-image
If you would like further information, resources, or age-appropriate conversation scripts to help support discussions with your child around bullying, kindness, or online safety, please feel welcome to reach out via the school email.
