OSHC Fee increase - effective Monday 21st July 2025
Dear families,
Given the cost increases that have occurred over the last 2 years, the Governing Council have recently reviewed our OSHC fees. The increase reflects the substantial increases in the cost of food, activities, supplies, employee wages (which have increased annually) and superannuation.
The increased fees will come into effect from Monday 21st of July 2025.
The new session fees are listed below. These do not reflect the fee before any CCS rebate is applied.
Changes to CCS will come into effect on July 7th 2025
Families earning up to $85,279 (previously $83,280) will get the maximum subsidy of 90%
Families earning over $85,279 and below $535,279 will get a subsidy that tapers down from 90%, with a 1% decrease for every $5,000 the family earns above $85,279
The family income limit for CCS is increasing from $533,280 to $535,279

To enrol your child into OSHC, please complete the enrolment forms at http://clovellyoshc.fullybookedccms.com.au/family
Please call 0418 585 142 with any questions or if you need assistance.
Once your enrolment form has been received, you are required to make an appointment to meet with the OSHC Director to ensure all information has been supplied and to complete the enrolment process. Once your enrolment has been confirmed, you will be notified that you are able to book your child into the service.
Please note: all medical plans and documentation are required prior to an enrolment being accepted.
All documents and medications must be in date for children to continue to access the service.
Please note that the regulations require that all children are booked into and out of the service by a parent or guardian.
A reminder that the service closes at 6pm and all children must be signed out by a parent by this time. A fee is charged for children who remain in the service after 6pm.
