Principal's Report

A Message from Julie..

Dear Families,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your attendance and participation in the 2024 Art Show and Bake Sale. What an amazing display of community and togetherness, celebrating and showcasing the amazing talents of our students in the curriculum area of Visuals Art and Media Arts. A special mention must go to Karen, Shasta and Claire for their organisation and vision.

Looking ahead to Term Four, we will continue to have students entering directly into their villages each morning, we encourage and invite families to also come in and join in prayer. Villages will be open from 8:30am.

Over the break the ongoing refurbishments will continue. We look forward to the completion of the carpet replacement in the administration building and the finalisation of the glass panels in all three villages. In addition to these works we will begin earth works behind the synthetic soccer fields to create another play area.

A reminder term three concludes this Friday 20th of September at 1.30pm. Please ensure you have made necessary arrangements to pick up your children or they have access to Their Care Services. School will commence for term four on the 8th of October.

Finally, we would like to welcome a new learning support officer to our staff for Term Four. Monique Jackson will join the community working across Purple and Blue Village.

On behalf of the staff I wish you all a very restful and safe break.

Mat Harding

(Acting Principal)
