Our Operational Folder is maintained to support the safe, consistent, and effective day-to-day running of your classroom. It provides staff with quick access to important operational information, procedures, emergency processes, contacts, and site-specific guidance to support communication, compliance, and continuity across the school. The folder also helps ensure that all staff, including CRTs and new staff members, can easily access key information required to maintain a safe and organised learning environment. Please keep this up to date at least once per term.
Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) are elected by workers to help raise and/or resolve Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) issues in the workplace.
The group of workers an HSR represents is called a Designated Work Group (DWG).
Workplaces may agree to one or more DWGs depending on the size and structure of the workplace.
We have Kevin Loo (HSR) and Fiona Micellota as Deputy HSR.

It’s the HSR’s role to represent you and others in their DWG. They can do this by:
HSRs raise OHS risks with the employer as they arise, with the goal of having the employer resolve these issues.
The HSRs will raise and discuss any Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) concerns with the Principal, Dan Moloney and their delegate, Mary Boutros.

Please download a consent form or pick up a hard copy from Fiona Micelotta. Consent forms are to be handed to Nurse ON THE DAY!
