Sports Captains Corner

Hi everyone, 

Firstly congratulations to Chloe , Emma M, Maggie and Willa from Grade 6 who swam at the state Swimming Carnival last Thursday. They placed fifth in the whole state for the 12/13 girls freestyle relay, which is a fantastic achievement! 

This term, we have some very exciting sporting events. On the 28th of May, everyone who placed in the top ten of our school Cross Country will be going to the District Cross Country at Princes Park. There are weekly lunchtime training sessions on Tuesdays at the park for anyone who is participating on this day or anyone else who would like to come for a run!

On the 11th of June the Grade Six students have their Winter Gala Day. Students have the option to represent CHPS against other schools in the Carlton District in Teeball, Soccer or AFL.
