Letterbox drops, silent auction live, and unlimited rides!

Drop SMM flyers in mailboxes in your neighbourhood

The Spring Magic Market team is calling on the community to help us promote the market! We’re looking for volunteers to do letterbox drops of flyers in their local neighbourhoods. It’s a great excuse to enjoy a walk!

Flyers are available for collection at the school office. A distribution map will be on hand, so you can choose and mark off the area you’ll be covering.

Volunteer opportunities include;

Pre-market: set up on Friday (11 Sep)
Market Day: 2-hour shifts on stalls and various areas of the market (12 Sep)
Post-market: pack down and tidy up on Sunday (13 Sep)

There are fun volunteer opportunities for senior students this year, including the waffle stand, fairy floss stand and second hand clothes market.

The Silent Auction is live!

Our Silent Auction site is live! We have some excellent experience, goods and vouchers for brands including Melbourne Museum, IMAX Melbourne, Terra Madre, Pilates Republic, Social Fair and Eve.

The inflatables and other rides are the most popular activities for kids at the market, and will run from 2–8pm. Pre-purchased wristbands can be collected on the day.

Donations:

Books and clothes - drop off your good quality books and adult and kids clothes at the east lobby next to Sprout.
Art - we are still taking donations for the Art Auction. Donate your creative artworks such as paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, textiles, quilts and jewellery. Drop them off at the office. Got questions? Reach out to Judith at 0408 531 192 or email bnwps.art.auction@gmail.com.
