Start of Term Reminders
Absences-
If your child is going to be absent, please contact the absense line or email admin.
We welcome you to CC the classroom teacher, please bear in mind, they may not see the email before marking the classroom roll, so you might receive a notification of absence from administration.
Below is an outline of how MACS deal with absenses, for your information.
- If no notification is advised, parent 1 is sent a notification message
- If there is no reply, parent 2* is sent a notification messsage
- If there is no reply, parent 1 & 2* are contacted by telephone
- If there is still no reply, emergency contacts are called
*if there is a second contact
Gate open/close times-
6.30 - 9.30am
3 - 6pm
To have the gates opened outside of these times, please call the office.
Keep in mind, the gate opens for a short period of time and has no sensor. If you are not the person calling to have the gate opened and are entering behind another vehicle, do this with caution as we except no responsibility for damage caused to your car.
Also, a quick reminder to please NOT block the road turning right into the gate on Golf Links Rd.
