Your Voice Matters: Participate in the 2025 ACU Australian School Leaders Occupational Health & Wellbeing Survey

The APF strongly encourages members to participate in the 2025 Australian Catholic University (ACU) Australian School Leaders Occupational Health & Wellbeing Survey, now open for participation.

This annual survey, led by the ACU research team, continues to be a critical source of evidence on the occupational health, safety and wellbeing of Australian school leaders. Its findings inform state and national advocacy, shape departmental policy responses, and guide our collective efforts to ensure safe, sustainable and supported leadership in schools.

Your participation ensures that Victorian principals and assistant principals are accurately represented, helping highlight the real pressures and complexities of the work we do and strengthening the case for change in workload, role clarity, and system support.

We urge every APF member to take 20–30 minutes to complete the survey. Your confidential insights will make a genuine difference.
