Over the last two weeks, our Year 10 students have been out in Melbourne completing their work experience programs. Yesterday, I had the chance to visit a number of them and see firsthand how they were settling into their placements. It was great to see them taking on new challenges, interacting with staff and clients, and putting their skills to use in real-world settings.
As our VCE graduates settle into their post school life, the last part of their school life will be to get their results. Just a reminder that VCE Results will be released at 7.00am on Thursday 11th December.
Regular school attendance is vital for student success. Everyday counts, and missing school means missing out on important learning opportunities. Consistent attendance helps students stay engaged, achieve better academic outcomes and build strong social connections. However, if your child is sick, it is important that they stay home to rest and recover, and to prevent the spread of illness to other students and staff. If your child needs to be absent, I kindly ask that you inform the school.
