This term in Year 10 Sports Studies, students explored the science and power behind recovery strategies, focusing particularly on the benefits of ice baths. 

 

Through a hands-on ice bath challenge, they experienced firsthand how this recovery method helps athletes bounce back after intense physical activity.

 

Understanding effective recovery techniques is crucial for athletes to maintain peak performance, prevent injuries, and improve long-term fitness.
