Top Award Recipient

Hobart agent Adrian Kelly (SVC 1984-89) took home the prestigious President’s Award at the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Awards for Excellence. Mr Kelly was among the six local winners at the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s gala event, which was held in Hobart at PW1 as part of the ANZ REIA 100 celebrations.

REIA President Leanne Pilkington said the award winners represent Australia’s top real estate talent. She noted that the winners epitomise excellence and innovation in the real estate industry, setting a high standard for professionalism, integrity, and service.

“Each winner was carefully selected through an independently audited and peer-reviewed process from the pool of 2023 winners of State and Territory Real Estate Institute’s Awards for Excellence,” she said. “It was a great honour to present the former REIA President Adrian Kelly with the prestigious President’s Award.”

Adrian is the son of Sean Kelly (SVC 1959-63) and the older brother of former Head Prefect Damien (SVC 1988-93).
