Machinery West Showroom Sales and Parts Interpreter

This is a full-time position with the potential to develop your career in the Power Gardening, Agriculture, Parts, and Sales industry.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in our showroom, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Interpret/Identify customer parts requirements using New Holland, Husqvarna, and other online parts programs.

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Assist the Manager with inventory and parts stock, maintaining awareness of availability and coordinating with suppliers as needed.

• Prepare quotations and proposals for sales and parts supply requests.

• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.

• Showroom Sales of Husqvarna Mowers, Power Gardening, and Silvan Spraying products. Progression opportunity to sales of New Holland and other high-value agricultural equipment.

What we're looking for

• Experience or interest in Gardening Power Equipment, agricultural machinery, products and parts, or a willingness to develop.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and proactive approach.

• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

• Willingness to learn and develop within the role and the business.

• Valid driver's license and reliability for occasional travel to customer sites

Ausquip Industries Apprentice Vehicle Body Builder 

Ausquip Industries is a family-owned Bunbury business with over 30 years' experience in heavy vehicle manufacturing, servicing and repairs. We are seeking enthusiastic apprentices to join our team in 2027.

This exciting trade combines:

• Welding and fabrication
• Mechanical work
• Auto electrical skills
• Heavy transport manufacturing

What we're looking for:

• Reliable and motivated applicants
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Certificate II in Engineering (Mechanical/Fabrication) or Certificate II in Automotive is desirable.
