We’ve had a fantastic time in Food Tech so far this year! Years 4-6 kicked things off with a delicious pasta salad, which quickly became a crowd favourite.
Last week, the Year 3 students joined the Years 4-6 in cooking, and they’ve been thoroughly enjoying it.
We started with a fruit salad topped with coconut and lime jelly, along with ice cream.
This week, we made cheese and salad sandwiches with herb butter. A huge thank you to Bakers Delight Eden Rise for generously donating a large amount of bread for our sandwiches!

Here’s a list of ingredients we’ll be using in the next few weeks (all known allergies are catered for):

- Vegetable oil
- SR & Plain flour
- Sugar
- Buttermilk
- Margarine
- Egg replacer
- Vanilla extract
- Maple syrup
