Save the Date for Trivia Night – 13 June

Trivia Night Ticketing Info & Silent Auction!
The FPS 2026 Trivia Night is on Saturday 13 June and there are THREE important updates listed below. The trivia night is our major parent social event for the year and we’d love to see as many of you there as possible. All funds raised go towards – you guessed it – the yard redevelopment
This year, tables will be a mix of 10 and 12 people – you buy your tickets first and we work out the tables later. If you don’t know anyone else at all, that is totally fine! Lots of people are in the same boat – we can put you onto a table and you will meet your best friends for life (maybe) so grab your tickets and come along.
This year’s theme is Disney and Pixar Animated Films.
Early Bird Tickets
- Early-bird tickets (current FPS parents only) go on sale at 8pm, Tuesday 12 May.
- Remaining tickets (prospective/former FPS parents, extended family members, friends of parents) will go on sale the following night at 8pm, Wednesday 13 May.
- We are moving to a bigger venue this year (The Centre, Ivanhoe) so we’re hoping tickets last a little longer than previous years, however history does tell us they sell out fast, so chuck the date in your calendars.
- Maximum of 4 tickets in one transaction this year.
- You don’t need to sort out tables before buying tickets – tables are organised once all tickets are sold through another process.
Donate to the Silent Auction
- We’re now looking for donations for the annual silent auction.
- If you are able to donate, or you are able to approach an appropriate business on FPS’ behalf, please email Sarah in the office. This year we are asking that no donations are under $25 in value.
- Donations may be used for silent auction items or prizes.
- All donors will be acknowledged in materials online and on the night. There will also be a live auction this year, so watch this space for details!
Silent Auction Coordinator
- We are looking for a coordinator for the silent auction (all you need to do is marshal the donations and put them onto an online portal which will be set up).
- We don’t expect the coordinator to approach any businesses themselves (unless they would like to of course!) however, they may need to liaise with some donors to clarify the donations or collect vouchers for availability on the night.
- If your keen, or have questions, please email Sarah in the office.
We're excited!
