Reconciliation Walk
Yesterday, three students and two staff members joined the Harvey Aboriginal Corporation, along with other local schools, for the first Walk for Reconciliation in Harvey.

Year 10 Teen Mental Health First Aid Training
Year 10 students have recently completed a three-lesson Teen Mental Health First Aid course. The TMHFA course, delivered by a School Psychologist, teaches students how to provide initial peer-to-peer support to a friend or classmate who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis, until professional help is received or the situation resolves.
Students learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems in adolescents, how to respond to emerging or worsening concerns, and the interventions and supports available.
Congratulations, Year 10 Student Councillors
Congratulations to Caleb McCallum and Isaac Syme, who have been voted in by their peers to represent the Year 10 cohort on the Student Council.
Country Week
A reminder for parents to please provide consent for their child to attend Country Week via the Compass platform. Parents are also asked to submit the payment form that was emailed to them.
Consent and payment are due Monday 8th June 2026.
Uniform Standards – A Reminder to Families
As part of our commitment to preparing students for the workforce, maintaining high standards of uniform wear is essential. Unfortunately, we have noticed a growing number of students wearing old, stained, or heavily worn trades uniforms, particularly jackets, that no longer meet the standard expected at the College.
We ask all parents and caregivers to please take a moment to check their child’s uniform and ensure it is clean, presentable, and in good condition. Items that are faded, torn, or heavily soiled should be replaced.
The way our students present themselves reflects not only on them as individuals but also on the College as a whole. We are proud of the strong reputation we hold in the community and among industry partners, and high uniform standards are a key part of maintaining that respect and professionalism.
School Psychologist, Chaplain and Nurse
We are fortunate to have a highly experienced and skilled Student Services Team at the College. If you would like your child to access support from our School Psychologist, Chaplain, or Nurse, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email or by phone at 97 822 100.
Wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable long weekend.
