Jubilee Mass
Jubilee celebrations continue this week with our Southern Schools with St Brigid’s Parish Quirindi hosting our final Deanery Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday the 15th October. Thanks to the collaboration between St Joseph’s Primary Quirindi and St St Brigid’s Parish Quirindi everything is set for a great day.
St Carlos Acutis exhibit
St Carlo Acutis exhibition Dates
Bishop Peter Murphy is bringing the inspirational story of St Carlo Acutis closer to the young people of our diocese! Driven by a vision to inspire faith and turn young hearts toward God, the Bishop has purchased a special travelling exhibition dedicated to the young saint's life and work.
The travelling exhibition officially opened in the Diocese this past Sunday, October 12 (the Feast Day of St. Carlo Acutis), in Armidale! St Mary's Armidale visited today, before the exhibition travels to O'Connor Catholic College next Monday. This exciting mission will continue to pilgrimage around the diocese to schools and parishes throughout 2026. This effort is being enthusiastically supported by the Immaculata Community. Members of the community are dedicated to the ministry of transporting, setting up, and presenting the material, ready to meet any challenge to bring St. Carlo's story to everyone! Keep an eye out for news on when the St. Carlo Acutis exhibition will be coming to your parish or school!
