What a fantastic start to the year it’s been!

This week we celebrated Shrove Tuesday on 17th February. It’s always a fun and much loved event for the kids and this year we mixed things up by inviting the whole school community to join in. It was wonderful to see everyone connecting and enjoying the delicious pancakes. A huge thank you to all the volunteers and students who helped prepare and cook approximately 350 pancakes 🙂

This year, we’ll also be bringing back Cake Stalls on selected Mondays after school.  We have moved the Cake Stall days to a Monday which gives families an opportunity to bake with kids over the weekend. They were always a highlight in previous years and let’s be honest, we all enjoy a little treat at school pickup! We’ll be sharing the timetable for each class shortly.

Second-hand Uniform Shop

The Second-hand Uniform Shop has already opened a few times this year and class reps will continue to share upcoming dates.  If you ever need something urgently, please reach out to your class rep for assistance.

Upcoming Events

A reminder that this Friday, 20th February at 7pm, is our 2026 Welcome Drinks at Wonderland on Chapel Street. We’re looking forward to a wonderful evening filled with laughter, connection and great memories. There are still tickets available and they can be purchased.  Please visit the St Mary’s booking page to secure your tickets.

And please don’t be shy, if you see Bec, Mel or myself around the school, come and say hello.
