Welcome Back for an Exciting Term! 🧁🎄

Welcome back, everyone! The PFA is looking forward to another exciting term filled with fun, treats and community spirit.

We have two cupcake stalls coming up this term, so keep an eye out for some delicious goodies!

Our Christmas raffles are also just around the corner, and we’ll be looking for donations to help make them extra special. We won’t be collecting donations just yet, but we’ll share more information about what’s needed in our next newsletter. Every contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated and helps us spread some Christmas cheer!

And don’t forget to save the date for 4 December, when we’ll be hosting our biggest and most exciting event of the year Fun, Food and Carols! 🎶✨

We can’t wait to bring everyone together for a fantastic celebration filled with food, fun and festive cheer. Thanks for your ongoing support of the PFA, we look forward to seeing you all there!

Bakers Needed!

We’re on the lookout for new bakers for this term. If you’d like to get involved, please let us know or send the PFA an email—we’d love to hear from you!

Welcome to the Parkhill PFA Community

To help our school community stay connected, share information, organise social catch-ups, and ask quick questions about school life, we have created this group as part of the Parkhill PFA WhatsApp Community.

This is our General Community Group, where families can stay informed about what's happening around the school, upcoming events, PFA activities, and opportunities for volunteers and helpers to get involved. It's a great place to keep up to date and connect with other members of the Parkhill community.

Before participating, please take a moment to read the following important information:

1. Read the Code of Conduct

Our community guidelines are attached for your reference. By remaining in this group, you agree to follow these guidelines. Most importantly, please treat all members with respect and avoid sharing photos where students can be identified without appropriate permission.

2. Official School Matters

Please note that this is a parent-led community group and is not an official communication channel for the school. If you have concerns relating to a teacher, student, or school policy, please contact the school directly or refer to the school's Complaints Policy available on the school website.

3. Update Your Member Tag

To help members connect with one another and identify families within our school community, please update your profile with a Member Tag.

Format:

[Your Name] – [Child's Name and Class/Year Level]

How to update your tag:Go to Group Info → Tap your name → Set your Member Name/Tag

Thank you for being part of the Parkhill community. We look forward to building a supportive, inclusive, and connected network of families throughout the school year. 😊
