Issue 7 is out now!.
It is a bumper issue:
- Giving away FREE BOOKS with every order on this Issue over $20*
- Giving a $5 discount to anyone who ordered from Issue 6*
- Giving another $5 discount for families and educators to spend on Issue 8
- Giving back 15% of every order to the school in Scholastic Rewards
Books as Gifts
Scholastic has turned on the Gift Function for this issue - this feature enables book orders to be tagged as a gift and delivered to school marked accordingly. Arrangements will be made for you to collect your orders from the office. Please select this option if you want the book order as a surprise gift for your child.
Place your orders at scholastic.com.au/LOOP or using the LOOP app. The closing date for orders is Friday 23 October.
Scholastic Book Fair
Our Book Fair will kick off on Friday 6 November! Students will have the opportunity to browse the books with their class on the day.
Family Shopping Sessions
Families are welcome to purchase books during our Family sessions from 6 to 10 November.
- Morning: 8:30-9:00am
- Afternoon: 3:15-3:45pm
Kindly note that only credit card payments will be accepted.
Win a voucher to spend at the Fair!
As in previous years, we will be running our Book Fair Competition with activities tailored to different year levels:
- Foundation to Year 2: Students can take part in a Colouring-In Competition. Themed colouring sheets will be provided to students to complete and return.
- Years 3 to 6: Students can get creative by writing an acrostic poem using the word Rainforest or creating a drawing that captures the wonders of the rainforest.
Entries are due by Friday 30 October 9am.
Please place the entries in the Blue Box in the office and remember to write your child’s name and class on their submissions.
We’re looking forward to seeing some amazing creations. Thank you for encouraging and supporting your child’s participation!
💕 Parent Helpers Needed
We will love your help during our book fair sessions!
Volunteers can assist with:
- tidying up the bookcases throughout the fair
- monitoring stock and helping with 'LAST COPY' displays on popular items
- the cashier desk
- packing up after the Fair
We are looking for helpers during both sessions on Fair days:
- Morning 8:30-9:00am
- Afternoon 3:15-3:45pm
If you are able to volunteer for any sessions, please do get in touch. Your support will be greatly appreciated!
