• Master’s Accelerated Pathway

The Master's Accelerated Pathway allows you to complete a master’s degree with one additional year of full-time study.  This pathway is designed for high-achieving students who have the drive to deepen their expertise, fast-track their studies and stand out in their career.

The Monash Business School Master's Accelerated Pathway lets students complete both their bachelor's degree and a master's degree in just four years by enrolling in selected master’s degree units in the final year of a bachelor's degree. 

To be eligible, students must have:

• Completed at least 96 credit points of an eligible degree;
• Have achieved a high credit (65%) average; and
• Have four units (24 credit points) of their Free Elective Study available to complete 24 credit points of units from the master’s degree they wish to study.

Eligible degrees are –

• Bachelor of Business
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Bachelor of Economics
• Bachelor of Actuarial Studies

  The Federation University Co-operative Model

At Federation University, students don’t wait until graduation to start building their resume.

As Australia’s first Co-operative Uni, Federation gives students a head start on their career by embedding industry experience into every degree.  Each course is shaped in partnership with employers to meet industry needs, now and into the future.

While on placement, students are mentored by industry professionals, contribute to real projects and build the kind of networks that open doors after graduation.

So, what does Co-op actually look like?  Federation Co-op undergraduate degrees include:

• a minimum of 60 days (450 hours) of Co-op internship, counting towards course credit and graduation
• foundation workplace skills and core technical training, preparing students to be successful in their placements and future careers
• dedicated support to find the right placement, with career coaching to help students put their best foot forward

in 2025 alone, over 5,000 Federation students completed an industry placement, supported by over 1,000 Co-op employer partners.  Some are paid; all give students the confidence to step straight into their career.

Nursing and/or Midwifery Degrees in Victoria in 2026

 Nursing – Division 2 (Enrolled) Diploma Courses in Victoria in 2026 

Division 2 or Enrolled nurses are trained with the full spectrum of nursing qualifications, and these skills include communicating with patients, working in a team, medication, and clinical nursing duties. These nurses are able to implement and monitor patient care, administer medicines, comply with infection control and work, health and safety policies, perform clinical assessments and contribute to planning patient care.  To become an Enrolled nurse, one must complete a Diploma of Nursing.  The VCE entry requirement for the diploma is usually a Year 12 pass.  On completion of the course students will be eligible to apply for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or go on and do further study to become a Registered Nurse.  Note: The Diploma of Nursing is currently listed as a Free TAFE course in Victoria.
