📚Book Week 2026 - SYMPHONY OF STORIES📚

What an incredible week of Book Week celebrations at LNPS! This year’s theme, Symphony of Stories, has brought plenty of colour, creativity and, most importantly, a wonderful sense of joy around books and reading across our school.

One of the highlights was our amazing Book Week Parade, with students and staff bringing some of their favourite book characters to life through an incredible array of costumes. It was fantastic to see our school community come together to celebrate stories, imagination and the fun of reading.

The celebrations have continued throughout the week, with classes enjoying a range of activities centred around books, authors and storytelling. 

This afternoon, our students will come together for buddy activities across the school, providing another opportunity for our older and younger students to connect, share stories and celebrate reading together.

A huge thank you to our staff, students and families for embracing Book Week with such enthusiasm. From the costumes and classroom activities to the conversations about favourite books, there has been a real buzz across LNPS.

It has been a wonderful reminder that reading is about so much more than words on a page – it can spark imagination, build connections and take us on adventures anywhere! 📖✨
