Still seeking new Icypole Friday volunteer lead
Get your gold coins ready - IcyPole Fridays are back on for Term 4 and will be happening each Friday for ALL grades. However the PFA is still seeking a new volunteer lead to take over coordination of Icypole Friday in terms 4 and 1.
The previous Icypole Friday lead Sian Holm will be finishing up as a CPS parent at the end of this year, and we’re looking for someone to work alongside Sian this term and take over coordination fully from 2026.
The volunteer lead does not need to attend each Friday, as the PFA can help arrange volunteers via SignUp. The main role of the lead volunteer is to source and arrange deliveries of icypole supplies, but this is now much easier as the PFA has secured ongoing use of a chest freezer and IcyPole supplies can be ordered in bulk well in advance.

Mango orders close this Wednesday
Our much-loved mango fundraiser is on again! For just $30 a box, you can receive delicious and juicy Kensington mangoes ready for the festive season! Orders are open now via Qkr and will close this Wednesday 29th October. Orders will be delivered to the school in early -mid December.
Call for bakers for Grandparents/special persons day afternoon tea
As you will have seen, CPS is holding an open classroom on the afternoon of Friday 13 November for Grandparents and special people to join children in the classroom. We are putting on an afternoon tea for the occasion and would be grateful for anyone who can donate baked goodies for our grandparents and special people to enjoy. Volunteer needed for Cherries and Tarts Fundraiser
We are seeking a volunteer to lead our Cherries and Tarts Fundraiser. It’s a low-key commitment, just liaising with the suppliers, placing the order and then handing out orders in mid December. And we are happy to provide assistance to anyone who takes it on.
