Here below are the details of our upcoming Family and Faith Initiatives:

• Thursday 6 November at 7pm: The power of forgiveness: How forgiveness has the power to heal, presented by Bridget Sakr at St Patrick’s Church Hall, 33 Gale Street, Mortlake

• Sunday 9 November from 1pm to 4pm Women at the Well St Luke’s Hall, 1 Beaconsfield Street, Revesby

• Sunday 7 December at 10am: Term 4 K-6 Family Mass followed by morning tea

World Teacher's Day 

Last Friday we celebrated World’s Teachers’ Day. We truly couldn’t be more blessed at St Martha’s with such enthusiastic, really passionate, caring and extremely hard working teachers. I am putting together a box filled with Bible quotes, words of gratitude and encouragement which will be given to the teachers at the morning tea at our upcoming K-6 Family Mass on Sunday 7 December 2025. The box with the messages for our teachers will then be kept in the staffroom for the teachers to open and read some words of gratitude and encouragement on the days when they need a reminder of the great impact they’re having on the students and families.

Pope Francis Awards

Let’s keep in our prayers our (Year 6) Pope Francis Award Students who are celebrating the completion of the Pope Francis Award Program tomorrow (Friday 7 November) with Mass, Celebration (where they will receive their Pope Francis certificates and medals) followed by lunch.
