The Big Freeze

On Thursday 13th August, the whole of Chelt.Sec gathered at the lower oval to witness the Big Freeze—our annual fundraising event to raise money and awareness for Fight MND! A massive congratulations to our sliders who braved the cold and wet, providing the entertainment (and hopefully having fun in the process). We would also like to appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of our SRC and Ms Warneck, who made this amazing event possible, and also thank James and Julian for MCing!

In total, we raised over $800! Thank you to everyone who donated and showed up to show their support.

Our Big Freeze also just so happened to be on Ms Voullaire's birthday, so as a surprise the whole school sang her 'Happy Birthday'. Thank you for showing up every day for your students and bringing joy to their lives!
