Reminder to pick up medications from the office before the end of the term.

Please ensure any medication and the appropriate plan are up to date for the start of the year. Plans need to be completed by the family GP or specialist.

For any newly diagnosed conditions, please complete a new student health support plan.

It is never appropriate or permitted to send medication to school with a child in their school bag. 

We can never start a new medication at school - please ensure that the first dose is given at home. This is to allow parents and carers to monitor possible reactions.
