Dad’s Mental Health Workshop - Thurs, 21st August 2025 - limited spots available. 

Primary school times are some of the most stressful times in our lives and most of us Dads are not the best at talking to each other about it.  This workshop is to get a small-ish group of 50 dads to come together for a conversation to get some confidence and tools to talk about our mental health with Jack Davis (Founder of "It's Cool to Cry").
