Special Assembly

Special Guest at Heatherwood School

Heatherwood School was delighted to welcome Nicole Werner MP, our local Member of Parliament for the Warrandyte electorate, to our whole-school assembly.

Nicole has generously donated new Australian flags to our school, and we are incredibly grateful for her support of our Heatherwood community. The flags will be proudly displayed at our school and will be a wonderful addition for our students and staff to enjoy.

During the assembly, our students had the opportunity to welcome Nicole, hear from her and learn more about the support she has provided to our school. Our School Captains also shared updates about school activities, sporting achievements and the excitement surrounding the completion of our new school building, which we are all eagerly awaiting the opportunity to move into!

We would like to extend a warm thank you to Nicole for taking the time to visit Heatherwood and for her generous contribution. We truly appreciate her support and interest in our school community.
